The unit was really clean and amazing, complete with a balcony. 🌟.

High quality and exceptionally comfortable place, easygoing staff especially Jayesh the front office manager. Particularly good and handy spot near to the old city and shopping areas, the restaurant and metro stations. Also, to metro station baniyas square.

Compact & neat unit in their pictures. Plenty of facilities such as: a safe, an iron and ironing board, and a work desk...

We had an amazing experience at the Grand Square Hotel. the king room was beautifully presented, and the bed offered great comfort. the food was fantastic, with plenty of delicious options available. the hotel is ideally located near shopping areas, restaurants, and the Bani Yas square metro station, making it easy to explore the city. it was convenient to reach Lewes Priory Park from the hotel.

This hotel offers neat and cozy rooms with balconies and a great selection of breakfast items.

I have never come across a hotel that has no restaurant! and yet it costs the same as IBIS hotel. The worst experience ever!!

This hotel offers fabulous, comfortable rooms with a lovely balcony, along with great amenities like a safe, an iron and ironing board, and a work desk.

I greatly enjoyed the place, it was clean & the staff were very amiable. They served OUTSTANDING food for breakfast. The location was nice, you can visit twin tower by walking.

It is little difficult to find the hotel location

This hotel has a great location that's an easy walk to many attractions, and the rooms look just like they do in the pictures.

I liked the hotel and would stay there again.

There was building work going on next door but will soon be finished.
